Mindful Way, as I am going to call it in this review, appears to be the popular level incarnation of a previous book, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression: A New Approach to Preventing Relapse, that was "I hate myself", "It's just not worth it", and "I can't finish anything.
